Thanks for providing this opportunity to contribute to your 2019 training programs. I am both excited and eager to learn how I might fit in while complimenting your current educational offerings.
Please remember that we are not limited to these initial topics. As Don mentioned during our phone call on November 20th I have plenty of content to draw from. My suggestions can be altered, embellished, tweaked and/or replaced.
Here are two recently recorded training programs. Together they will paint an accurate picture of my personality and free-flowing delivery style. I try to keep it conversational and easy to listen to.
Following these two programs is a list of (possible) webinar topics. None are in stone at the moment and we can always introduce other topics of interest.

Note 1: These sessions can be added to Ensemble’s website for a period of one year. I maintain ownership and complete rights.
Note 2: To ensure comprehension, review questions will be included for each program. All webinars will include a downloadable PDF File containing supportive information.
Note 3: Monthly program dates will be determined in advance and agreed to by both MM and Ensemble.
Mike Marchev will facilitate twelve monthly training webinars of 35 – 60 minutes each consisting of pertinent business-building content coupled with a Q&A Session. Each webinar will come with a PDF downloadable attachment consisting of additional supportive material.
***To assist with program compression a brief “quiz” will be included for those who can’t attend the live session.
***Twelve full-length marketing articles will be written specifically for Ensemble members and made available “between” scheduled webinars. The purpose of these articles will be to enhance member motivation and whet the member’s appetite for the upcoming training webinar.
12 Webinars, PDF Support, Monthly Quiz and 12 Articles: $13,800.

Terms: 1/3 at agreement approval. 1/3 on May 1, 1/3 on September 1, 2019
