MIKE MARCHEV’S INNER CIRCLE
Since many of you have taken the time to contact me asking me about the specifics of my sales and marketing club, I thought a document like this would make sense.
WHAT EXACTLY IS THE INNER CIRCLE?
We are a group of proactive travel professionals who appreciate the need for ongoing training, non-competitive peer collaboration and periodic motivation.
HOW DID IT COME TO BE?
Since entering the travel industry in 1984 I have been writing, speaking, coaching, training and working with travel agents in ways designed to help them maximize their potential while building a profitable business.
Rather than retire and sail off into the sunset I wanted to capture all the good work I had amassed over the years and make it available to those seeking professional guidance. In addition to creating a detailed Resource Library complete with my books, videos, audio programs and written documents I saw a need for periodic engagement. This is when I introduced bi-monthly sales meetings for the group. This was back in 2010. We are still going strong.
WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
- A seat at our bi-monthly sales meetings with an invitation to request ideas from fellow members.
- 24/7 access to our Resource Library complete with audios, videos, articles, books, how-to advice and a complete recorded archive of past meetings.
- Email access to Mike at any time for any reason. ***Many members ask Mike to look over and critique their latest marketing communications.
WHO ARE THE MEMBERS?
Membership runs the gamut from owners, managers, front-line agents, IC’s and any other travel professional seeking to improve their sales and marketing skills.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We formally meet twice a month at scheduled sales meetings. These meetings take no more than 60 minutes and are always recorded for those who cannot attend the live event.
All members have total access to ALL the sales and marketing materials filed at our Resource Library.
Our Facebook Group fields questions from members and is a central location to share global supplier information.
WHAT ARE THE TANGIBLE BENEFITS?
Not unlike many clubs like this, the benefits often vary from member to member. Some enjoy the training. Others appreciate the motivation and gentle wake-up calls. Having direct access to a third set of eyes with an unbiased opinion is huge benefit for some. One member simply appreciated the fact that he can call me at any time knowing I will answer and gladly accept his call.
The benefits you will receive will be determined by your personal goals and objectives. Active club participants appreciate the flexibility knowing they can pursue their own goals and objectives with the help of their peers.
HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?
We formally meet twice a month on Wednesdays at 1 pm eastern. Meetings are no longer than 60-minutes and are recorded for future viewing.
WHAT IS MY COST?
As of December 20, 2019 registration remains to be priced at $240 per year with monthly payments of $20. There is no minimum membership. You pay month to month. IMPORTANT: There is a price increase in the wind. Price at registration will be honored moving forward. Currently: $20/month.
WHAT ARE TERMS OF CANCELLATION?
If you are not being served and you see no value in membership we have no business working together. You may cancel your membership at any time for any reason. It is none of my business if and why you elect to opt out of my club. I can assure you of just one thing. When you decide to come back, you will be welcomed with open arms.
HOW DO I JOIN TO SEE WHETHER IT IS FOR ME?
Since the “proof is always in the pudding,” I respectively suggest that you “try” my sales and marketing club for one month to see if this form of collaboration and motivational support is for you.
